Affordable Housing

The Icklesham Parish Community Land Trust Ltd in association with their registered social landlord partner Hastoe Housing Association are pleased to announce that the above scheme is scheduled for completion in late summer 2022. August is the current aim.

The development consists of two 1-bedroomed flats, eight 2-bedroomed houses and two 3-bedroomed houses all for affordable rent; and two 2-bedroomed houses and one 3-bedroomed house for shared ownership.

The development will be available for occupation by qualifying persons, being persons having a close connection to Icklesham Parish by way of having lived in the parish for one of the relevant qualifying periods; or having close relatives that meet the qualifying criteria; or who have worked in the parish for the qualifying period. Interested persons will also need to register on Rother District Council’s Housing Register. Details of how to do so will be sent to everyone who submits an expression of interest form.
