Winchelsea Beach Flooding and Drainage Issues

The residents of Winchelsea Beach have been plagued with flooding and sewerage issues for over a decade. The Parish Council have few powers to bring to bear on these problems. What we can do is to promote dialogue between the residents and the various agencies who have some locus in this matter and this we have done.
